About Us

Irina is the President and founder of 86 Development. She started her career in real estate in 2007 working for The Nasa Group, one of the largest commercial real estate developers in the Melrose Place District of Los Angeles. During her 15 years with the firm, she held several positions with a variety of responsibilities. Irina spent four years focused on property management. Seven years as leasing director and the remainder of her time focused on project management. Working with elite clients such as Rag and Bone, Alfred Coffee, Alice and Olivia, NARS Cosmetics, and EP & LP to name a few. Irina has built a solid reputation in the industry working closely with architects, GC’s and owners. She prides herself on connecting the design and architectural elements of each project and translating that into clearly defined plans and expedited permitting.

In 2021 Irina opened her own multi-purpose commercial real estate company to serve the greater Los Angeles area called “86 Development”
